STRIVE Mentoring links youth (ages 10-17) identified by Wayne County Juvenile Court with a caring adult who serves as a supportive individual and helps youth deal with various life challenges.
We are seeking volunteer mentors to be matched with a youth in Wayne County. Males are paired with males, and females are paired with females.
Volunteers are provided with training, gas cards, and opportunities for reimbursement for activities with their mentee. The program coordinator plans a monthly group event for all the mentors and mentees together.
