Ohio’s Hospice LifeCare is a community-based, not-for-profit hospice serving patients and their families in Wayne, Holmes, Ashland and Medina counties. Ohio’s Hospice LifeCare embodies the spirit of neighbors caring for neighbors with a commitment to relieve suffering, ease fears and provide companionship along life’s last journey.

Every patient and family is unique, and has unique needs. Ohio’s Hospice LifeCare realizes that one manner of care does not fit all. The Ohio’s Hospice LifeCare team-—doctors, nurses, health aides, social workers, chaplains, and volunteers—works together to meet patient and family needs wherever the patient calls home. Always at the center of any decision are the patient’s goals, values and choices regarding their own care. We respect the dignity of every person to make care decisions for themselves as they are able, and support families in making difficult decisions for their loved ones who cannot.
