Description:  Early Beginnings offers parent education and parent support through home visits, parent-child playgroups, and parenting programs.

Mission Statement: We provide coordinated services to at risk children ages birth to three and their families and caregivers. The goal being to help parents and caregivers become better prepared to provide for the developmental needs of their children. Thereby, increasing the opportunity for success.
