Clients of this agency: Individuals in need of skilled nursing care. The mobile meal is a program sponsored by Heartland Health Care Center to provide delcious meals to people in their home. Meals are delivered by volunteers every day 365 days a year between 4:00 P.m. and 6 P.M. Specializized Diets available Low Salt, Diabetic, Low Fat, High Protein, Low Cholesterol, High Fiber
